@MojangSupport I can't play minecraft bedrock on any platform be it xbox, pc or mobile, because i get a box for button customization that can't be removed and it's annoying, fix it

What troubleshooting steps have you already tried, and are you playing on WiFi or a Hardwire connection? ^FF

I use a wired connection, in fact I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it was still the same
