@MojangSupport I have an issue joining one of my friends world. I am on ps5 and she is on ps4. I can play with other people on ps4 but just not her. Ive played in the past with her. Please help me.

It says unable to connect to world. Ive tried reinstalling the game, restarting my ps5. I cant reset the router as I don't have access to it but ive tried disconnecting it and reconnecting. As i say, i can join other people we just can't join each others worlds.
