@MojangSupport can’t get this off my screen what am i supposed to do

What platform are you playing on, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried, are you playing on WiFi or a Hardwire connection?

windows 10 bedrock, i’ve figured out that removing addon from the realm fix it but my real relies on adding to run right so that won’t work for me, and i’m wired it directly to the router

It sounds like that add-on is conflicting with the Control Customization menu. In that case, we recommend contacting the creator for more information. Alternatively, you can visit our bug report site to see if the problem has already been reported: bugs.mojang.com. ^LK
