@MojangSupport, how come I can’t even open the new version of Minecraft Bedrock? It crashes automatically, and I have a great PC.

Can you look at this problem for PS4 too please, I have issues with being stuck when I join my friends world and can’t move, when ever I leave any world even my own I get these two where I’m stuck on loading screens and it doesn’t do anything unless I leave the game

Eventually got a message from Joshua but it’s no help at all since it’s nothing to do with the data at all and instead is something wrong with the bugs in the game that haven’t been fixed that everyone keeps getting due to the new update
