@MojangSupport I'm still having this issue... I also am having issues loading the support page to make a ticket for this. Also, quick question: How do I move a Minecraft PE world to PC (if it's not installed into MCPE yet)? I use the MCPE Add-ons app to get my pe worlds.

If you're having trouble opening the support page to make a ticket, can you try opening aka.ms/Minecraft-Support in a different browser or device? Regarding moving a world from mobile to PC, our FAQ article here has more information: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^LK
