Started a world on PC, then tried to download the mobile app after buying it and I don’t see my world.

Worlds are stored locally, sorry to say. You shouldn't be able to transfer it because it'd stay on your PC. ^BT

Depends! If you have Java, you cannot cross-play with those that have Bedrock. ^BT
