@MojangSupport hey was mache ich den wenn ich keine Transaktion Id habe, nicht weiss welche Email adresse hinterlegt ist, aber mich einloggen kann? Wie kann ich nun migrieren und weiss das ich es gekauft habe. Account von 2011

Ich kann mich auch ganz normal Anmelden auf der Website. Nun brauch ich nur die Möglichkeit das selbst zu ändern?

Wow, das mit dem Ticket bringt nur nix, weil die fragen ja wieder nach der Transaktions ID, die habe ich ja nicht weil ich 2011 keine extra Mail von euch bekommen habe, wir drehen uns im Kreis. Was nun?

A transaction ID isn't necessary for recovery, but it help speed the process along! Not to worry, we have other ways of verification, so I'd suggest working through that ticket still with an agent. ^BT
