@MojangSupport minecraft dungeons ultimate won't install on to my device but according to the official website I do have it.

What exactly happens when you try installing it, and what device are you using to play Dungeons Ultimate? Are you seeing any error messages at all? Let us know, and feel free to send a screenshot or photo of what you're seeing so we can better assist you. ^FF

When I install the file and try to open it, it brings up the minecraft launcher and it says that I don't own minecraft dungeons
