@MojangSupport Why is Minecraft chugging so bad on my Series X

- cleared cache
- deleted all my worlds
- restarted my console

Are you playing on WiFi or a Hardwire connection? If it's WiFi and there are a lot of people using it at the same time or downloading something it could slow the game down. ^TK
