@MojangSupport hey, me and my friends playing in java server keep getting authentication server is down, try again later. What happens?

That's a great question! I have seen a few players reach out but not a whole slew of them. If that's the right word. Do you have any errors you're seeing and can you tell me what troubelshooting steps you have tried? ^TK

There was no error but I figure out it affect only gportal servers that located in Dallas. Do I need to seek support from mojang, microsoft, or gportal? Because what I thought is authentication server is from mojang but this didn't happen when I try other servers.

So authentication isn't just player contacting mojang server to verify the player have an account?
