Why the fuck do they make it so hard to sign into your Minecraft account on PlayStation Jesus Christ it's broken

I just wanna transfer my Switch world to PS5 through realms because switch runs like shit why do they gotta make it impossible

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on the 'PlayStation Network'" Thing about that is, uh, no it's not. That's a lie

Fix your game! This has been an ongoing bug for this version of the game for years!

I received an automated email response that didn't even remotely address my issue. Just like every other response I've seen from Support, they automatically ignore the actual error.
