@MojangSupport minecraft is being weird for me, its not even signing me in anymore and i cant get past the main menu before getting an error, i turned my console off and back on, and also re installed minecraft but that didnt work, what do i do?

Playing on xbox one, error Cauldron and im pretty sure error crossbow happened once but its not anymore
