Well it first tries to connect to the realm for a few minutes, then it just says “disconnected from server” but I am able to play a regular world and an actual server. I’ve restarted my ps5 multiple times and even deleted and reinstalled minecraft, but they don’t fix it

If I move around in the realm or drop items or do LITERALLY ANYTHING it will spawn me back in the same place as if nothing happened. The animals are still moving around, spawning in and despawning even the wandering villager showed up that I can’t interact with

Gotcha, based on your description it sounds like a connection related issue to me. I'd recommend reviewing our connectivity troubleshooting suggestions here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… If you're still having trouble, are you playing over Wi-Fi or a wired connection? ^LK
