Um the form might not help cause i use a mc gift card for the game but that's been months ago and i don't have the card anymore

If you don't have the card anymore that may be a problem :( We would need the card to look into this issue further so submitting a ticket may be a waste of time. ^TK

And that's a problem cause they should have it say on the card to keep on hand cause so far i wasted 30 bucks on a game that some how say i can't play
