@MojangSupport Would love some help with the Playstion crossplay bug but apparently the support website wont let me sign in to send a ticket. I would love to get crossplay working instead of being on the phone with tech support bouncing me around. Feels like I was lied to

That's strange, normally we'd suggest submitting a ticket for issues like that. Have you tried signing in to submit a ticket on another browser or from another device? aka.ms/Minecraft-Support ^LK

Yeah. It wont take my password or send me an email to reset it. I also cant create a mojang account with that email since it says I already have one

That's strange! Were you able to try the other browser and/or device? I'd also suggest clearing your cache and cookies. ^BT
