i just deleted a whole bunch of my old minecraft worlds (some i was attached to) in an attempt to fix my crashing issue and now i can't get into any world. i literally do not know what the fuck is wrong with my game

like for the last several months it's taken me 3+ attempts to get into my worlds regardless of how big the file is, i've been obsessively clearing my storage caches, and IF i'm successful getting into the world i want to play on, it takes 30 mins to an hour to actually get in.

Hmm, my first thought would be corrupt game files, not just your worlds. Have you tried backing up your worlds and reinstalling the game yet? Our article on backing up your worlds can be found here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^LK
