@MojangSupport I can't access any Minecraft.net page with or without VPN, I can access the web, I tried with 2 browsers and it still doesn't work.

Try clearing your cache/history and seeing if there's a browser update available. If you still cannot submit a ticket at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support then please let us know through here. ^BT
