Lo he desconectado y conectado y cambiado a sin cable, pero no funciona... lo desinstalo y lo vuelo a instalar?

That could help, but before you delete the App make sure you back up any Worlds you want to keep. Deleting the app will delete all worlds unless they have been saved elsewhere. You can check out those steps here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^LK
