Ruh roh, this is common but probably means you have multiple Microsoft accounts and the one you're logging into doesn't have Minecraft. Try any other emails you may have w/ a Microsoft account and be sure to reach out to nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com! ^AM

Nah I鈥檓 no dummy it鈥檚 the right email. I鈥檝e had to buy the game 3 times just to fix the issues with logging in. And Xbox support is terrible for solving anything more complex than uninstalling and logging in and out

Welp, if you're logging in with an account and it doesn't have a game, that means the game is on another account. Unfortunately, Mojang support can't assist with Microsoft accounts. You'll need to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance with locating the credentials. ^AM
