Can you tell us what kind of device and edition you're running? First step would be to check out this FAQ bit.ly/3JwqfeT and also make sure your firewall/antivirus is allowing Minecraft, but with more information, we can provide more specific solutions! ^AM

Let's make sure you have permissions enabled to allow online access (steps here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W) but this could also indicate a connection problem. Try power cycling your device AND router and make sure the PSN account is in fact connected to the Sony network. ^AM
