Can you tell us which device you're playing on and if this is only happening after a recent update? We can get you pointed in the right direction for this issue once we know more! ^AM

A thousand apologies! I didn't realise I got a reply. It was on PC. I hadn't played in a while, so iirc it did have to update to 1.19. Waiting this long to reply doesn't help my chances, does it...
