@MojangSupport Hello, me and my friend finally after 4 months could play multiplayer Minecraft again, but now that "unable to Connect the World" bug has returned once again, and i'm really tired of this always happening, we both have the same Nat type and ps plus, so please help

We both have nat type 2, but 2 days ago i bought ps plus and the multiplayer was working, but today out of nowhere it stoped working, we both have Microsoft accounts, we have everything to play multiplayer, but the "unable to connect to the World" bug always appears

I see! NAT Type 2 should normally be able to connect with NAT Type 2, but we recommend one or both players have NAT Type 1 to rule out network based issues. For information on how to change your NAT type on PlayStation, please contact support.playstation.com/. ^IV
