@MojangSupport I have the realm Pc bedrock and I couldn’t get it for 3 days now. I tried emailing about my concern and there’s no respond yet. My friends (Xbox console) was able to get in cause the realm was updated to 1.19.63 and I’m still stuck in 1.19.62 version.
