@MojangSupport I've been trying to load up Minecraft and received an error code as the launcher is not able to download game files for some reason. When trying to download the files manually, I was greeted with dead website :/. Some friends have had the same problem. Pls help 馃檹

Let's take a look at that. Can you try using another browser and/or device to see if that helps? Oh, and clear your cache and cookies! ^BT

Tried on a different browser on my phone after clearing cache. My friends have also recieved the same error message when trying to access the site.

My friend has tried on their laptop on another browser (Opera GX). I've tried on my laptop on Google Chrome and on Microsoft Edge. And on my mobile phone on Chrome and Edge aswell.

Looks into this further and this may be due CloudFlare having issues at the moment. Try another DNS if you can (such as Google), but if you can't, you may have to wait until the issues with CloudFlare are resolved. You can find more info about it here: cloudflarestatus.com/ ^BT
