@MojangSupport I had to buy a new Minecraft account when the migration to Microsoft became mandatory. Poor Dumpee’s been waiting for over a year for his owner, Pintobeing to return. Unfortunately, pintobeing no longer has access to his old email because of an old phone number 🥺

Just to clarify, are you saying that you're running into issues accessing the Mojang account or the Microsoft account? ^BT

Mojang made the account migration mandatory, but I could not access the email address it was associated with to reset my password due to an old phone number.
