@MojangSupport Really need your help on something, my friend lost access to their main account, and REALLY need your help with that, they entirely lost access to the email connected to it and need it switched, what do I need to do to help them fix the issue?

Depending on the account type they have, Mojang Support may be able to assist. Is it by chance a Mojang account, or a Microsoft account? ^AM

It is a mojang account still I believe, due to how long they haven't had access, they've never been able to do the transfer to a microsoft account, would you like their username to show how inactive they've been? THey REALLY need the email switched asap.

Okay, they have sent an email out now and gave as much info as they can to hopefully verify it's them, hope the issue gets resolved soon, thank you for the help.
