Hi @MojangSupport for the second time on my PS4 the game wasn't able to be saved. WTF... we did 2 whole new worlds and everything is gone? what can I do?

Hi, no we didn't play on a realm, just started a new map, twice. the start scene with the chest is saved, but nothing of the 10 hours play. the chest is empty when restarting.

when ending the screen hangs up where it says don't shut down your Ps4 while saving. we left this screen open for hours. we couldn't believe it, we deinstalled MC, we had the update installed before playing
