Thanks, but I have already submitted two help tickets with no response. Combing through Twitter, it looks like a number of people have had/are having this issue. This must be a recurring issue with a standard resolution…? How long till this is sorted?

Hello, I did get a response finally. It was a canned response telling me how to renew my subscription. I can’t renew my subscription because it’s still active (and never lapsed, last auto payment 18 Jan), but my realm is still listed as expired. Can someone DM and help please?

@MojangSupport I tried support. They just told me to renew my subscription. But I have an active subscription that never lapses 🙄🤷‍♂️ Is there anything you can do to help me, please? This account is literally Mojang Support. Is that just, like… emotional support?

Can you contact someone in the department that handles customer tickets, please? 🙏 🙏 My Realm again says it expired, though my automatic renewal payment went through on 18 Feb. Support request 5198452. My sons and I were finally going to explore the End this weekend :(

I’ve had automatic renewal since I first subscribed and have never had a lapse in payment, yet my Realm has expired twice in less than 5 weeks. Please help.
