We may be experiencing longer than usual wait times, but if you've not heard back from us and it's been more than, say, 24 hours, you should have received an automated email with a ticket #. If you provide us with that #, we can look into it and make sure it was received! ^AM

So my issue is that I don't receive mails from Mojang but support won't help since I don't have my nearly 16 yrs old transaction ID. I don't see how it's linked to your mail server problem, it happens to a lot of people. I'm speaking with them via the mail linked to my acount btw

Support should be able to verify you using alternative means if you don't have your Transaction ID. Keep working with them in your ticket though, we at Social Support don't have the ability to alter the outcome of your ticket and your agent will have the final say. ^AM
