Something happened in the last 24 hours and I can now no longer use my iPhone to join my kids on their #minecraft world on the Xbox One. Been troubleshooting it all night and nothing has solved it. @MojangSupport

Make sure all devices are updated to the latest version and the kiddos have permissions enabled for multiplayer (more info on that here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W). Is there a specific error message you see or a specific screen you get stuck on? ^AM

We’ve always played on the Xbox and I’ve joined on my phone through LAN, but suddenly the world isn’t showing up on the friends tab on my phone after they boot it up. (I know an Xbox Live subscription would probably fix this but that’s not in the budget right now)
