I just went onto minecraft & the world I was currently working on just dissapeared & got replaced with a new one... all the hours & hard work I put into this game all gone now..why does this game have so many issues??? 馃挴馃 @Minecraft @Mojang @MojangSupport

Did you by chance open a new world or have a backup of the old one and are you updated to the latest version? Let us know what device/edition you are running and what troubleshooting, if any, you've already tried so we can get this narrowed down. ^AM

So I havnt opened a new world its the same world I've been working on its updated to the latest update 1.19.62 I am on bedrock on xbox one I went to go back onto the game and it put me in a new world with nothing and a starting map I tried to sync old world but nothing was there?
