You should be able to play LAN Multiplayer just fine even without logging in. Are you running into issues with playing? If so, let us know. ^BT

I made a new world without signing in to my Microsoft account and played multiplayer, but it was still displayed that my friend was not playing minecraft and I could not play multiplayer.
