@MojangSupport Whenever I try to reach Minecraft support via the official form on help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…, all I get is an error message. This has been happening the past 4 days.

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that helps? Also try another browser and/or device. ^BT
