We always recommend using hardwire over WiFi to ensure you have a stable connection, but could be something else going on. Are you able to provide us with a screenshot of the error you see? That can help us assist you better! ^AM

You did say your Xbox as well so we were ruling out issues being related to your router! The only troubleshooting we can suggest for your phone are restarting it and try connecting to a different wifi. ^TK

It states, "The authentication servers are currently own for maintenance". Can you please list some troubleshooting steps.
