@MojangSupport why won’t Minecraft on ps5 let me log into my Microsoft acc?

It sometimes says my Microsoft acc is already linked to another psn id which should be impossible. Most of the time it just gets stuck on the signing in screen

Thanks for that screenshot! This error tends to happen when your Microsoft account is already linked to another PlayStation Network account. Make sure you're logged into the account you had linked and you should be good to go. ^BT

It shouldn’t be possible for it to be linked to another acc I’ve never had a PlayStation before

Could be that someone logged into your MIcrosoft Account with their email and that's why your'e seeing this error. Unfortunately, a link is permanent though. ^TK
