@Microsoft @MojangSupport I am unable to login to Minecraft on ps5. Login screen gets stuck for ages then tells me my Microsoft account is already in use on a PlayStation when it isn’t. Waste of money, disappointed child, incredibly frustrated mother. Please help.

It seems I am unable to message you. Your support is shocking. I know from Microsoft which account needs to be unlinked from Minecraft. However I can not do it myself and need you to do this for me.

This is absurd. We have paid for a game and can’t play it. Microsoft have said the problem lies with you and you need to unlink the accounts. Sorry to say but it‘s your game which glitches and won’t let us log in on the account which we are supposed to log in with!!! @Microsoft

You think it’s acceptable to tell us the link is permanent and impossible to break? And you’re apparently sorry?! You programmed it, your game glitched on the login screen. You are making money out of the game which we cannot play. Please be more supportive and offer a solution.
