@MojangSupport it says my #Playstation account is tied to another #Microsoft account, but if I is, I have no idea what it is. How can I sign in to my actual account I've used for 10+ years so i can play with my friends on Playstation? Most of my friend group is having issues.

The Xbox/Microsoft account I'm trying to sign into doesn't work, an alternative account I made in error also doesn't work. I don't know what account it's referring to.
