@MojangSupport Here's an interesting one I hope you can help with: back in 2012 I bought the game Cobalt from the Mojang store. I can't find any way to access it anymore (the download link is long since broken). How can I use my purchase? Thanks!

Hmm, under "my account" dropdown is there an option for "My Games"? There should be a heading titled "Cobalt on Steam" on the My Games page where you can just grab that code. Let us know if it's not there though, I'm thinking we may need to get you escalated to email support. ^AM

There's no "My Games" in the drop-down. I'm pretty sure this is the correct Mojang account; it has the same email as the Cobalt purchase receipt (and the account confirmation email is from five minutes before I bought Cobalt 🙂)
