@MojangSupport Hey I have a problem I've encountered in my Minecraft world on Xbox One. Somehow, it got to where there is fire on the nether portal on the nether side, so whenever I try to go to the nether, I just burn up before I can even load in.

Ope, that's unfortunate! You may just need a different portal or get yourself a fire resistance potion or some fire protection enchantments, friend! If you find load times are super slow, though, may need to get a stable connection by switching to hardwire if you're on wifi. ^AM

Yeah I figured it out with for protection, I just wish that while it was loading into the nether from the overlord, that it would wait till I'm actually loaded in to start doing things.
