Felt like playing mine craft but I can't because @Minecraft @MojangSupport @Microsoft won't let me recover my account without a 12 year old email. I have access to the account email but it is Hotmail so emails from back when I bought the mine craft account no longer exist

Why Xbox support? My issue is I have the email and user name but not the password. But I can't recover the password because it's a legacy account and I don't have the trans ID email from over 10 years ago. I've opened a ticket and was told multiple times and was told they couldnt

That's part of the issue. I don't have the transaction ID cause it was over 10 years ago and when hotmail went from Hotmail to Outlook. I lost all emails from more than 8/9ish years ago. So that email stopped existing many moons ago.

So I have multiple times and I can provide everything but transaction date, I'd and date of birth(I was young and used the wrong one) do you think they could still help me. after 4 tickets I've been told I can't be helped even though I have access to the email and everything else

They should be able to help you, but it's important that they're able to verify ownership of your account first. Make sure you try to get everything you can and give it to the Agent so they can help you. ^BT
