I can't believe how awful the Minecraft Support team is. Not once during my "customer support" interactions have they either offered or attempted to help me! Just trying to play the game I bought it 2011! Pissed off doesn't begin to describe it. @Minecraft @MojangSupport

I have described this issue in great detail many times. The basics is my Minecraft account migrated to an inactive Microsoft account I don't use. Told many times they can't/won't help me and to stop contacting support. I was told to "refrain from requesting help" Ticket#4911678

Thanks for providing that ticket number for me! It does appear that you're logged into the wrong account. If you need help with that, you'll need to reach out to Microsoft since we don't have access to their account management system. ^BT

LMFAO! More of the same! "It's not our problem, contact them!" Back and forth, back and forth! You guys suck, nobody wants to help in any way, shape, or form. Just dump me off to somebody else! Customer support for Microsoft and it's underlying companies is literally a joke!
