@MojangSupport Hi, why can't I log into my Minecraft? I log in, it knows it's me but is asking me to pay. I paid years ago. Please help - I don't want to lose my worlds.

That's not what is happening. I sent all of my info to Minecraft help, including my transaction ID, 2 days ago and have heard nothing. Am I just going to be done out of the product that I have already paid for?
