@MojangSupport Hey i play minecraft on ps5 i have problem when i try to load a world the building terrain gets stuck at the last two and never moves again even the background freezes

Hmm, this usually means that there's an issue with the game files that's preventing new worlds from being created. Reinstalling the game should fix it. Be sure to back up your existing worlds first, otherwise they'll be erased. See our guide here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV

Its not a new world its an exist one i tried deleting the game couple of times nothing helped at all
