We recommend basic connection troubleshooting first; like switching to hardwire for a stable connection. Ensure there is no firewall preventing Minecraft from connecting, and make sure to restart your console AND router. Let us know if this continues to be an issue, though! ^AM

I’ve restarted my router and tried an Ethernet connection. Still doesn’t work
