@MojangSupport No matter how many times I turn off the parent controls to allow multiplayer and clubs my consoles still will not let my kids join any realms or I get that "how your account is setup" message to play multiplayer unless they sign in with my account first.

What type of console is Minecraft being played on? Depending on which console you're using, you'll also need to make sure that you have Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus, or a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. ^FF
