We recommend basic connection troubleshooting first; like switching to hardwire for a stable connection. Ensure there is no firewall preventing Minecraft from connecting, and make sure to restart your console AND router. Let us know if this continues to be an issue, though! ^AM

I’ve restarted my router and tried an Ethernet connection. Still doesn’t work

I’ve reinstalled the game a few times. Still nothing. And support gives me automated messages that aren’t pertinent to the issue
