@MojangSupport im trying to play with my friends in my world but it keeps saying that my microsoft account was disconnected (even though it isnt) and when i re-opened minecraft and re logged into my microsoft account, it still says im disconnected. i play on ps4

Are you playing on a WiFi or hardwire connection? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried at this time? ^TK

im playing on wifi, ive closed me ps and opened it again, waited till the pfp of my xbox account loaded in and also re-opened the world a bunch of times. none of that worked
