@MojangSupport hopefully someone sees this and can help me and my friends are wanting to know why we cant join each others game on xbox it's just says oops your account was disconnected and its saying same to all freinds any chance ya can help plz

Sometimes you'll be able to connect to online servers but not other people directly if you have NAT Type: Moderate. It can usually be changed to Open with some troubleshooting. Have you tried any of the steps from our article on connection issues yet? help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^IV
