Sending links and passing the buck isn't what I'd expect from a "Specialist" I cannot reply back as they closed my ticket rather than actually help me out.

Unfortunately, we at the Twitter team cannot change the outcome of your ticket. That said, Mojang Support does not manage Microsoft Accounts used on Bedrock. Microsoft accounts are managed by Microsoft. They can be reached at support.xbox.com ^AM
