@XboxSupport @MicrosoftHelps @MojangSupport please help. I bought my kids an Xbox for Christmas, with Minecraft, I've done everything I believe I'm supposed to in all settings so that they can play online, like join our family realm, but keep getting this 馃 I really need help 馃槱

Thanks for responding @MojangSupport 馃槂 this is the message we get. But I've been in and made sure everything in their accounts is correct. They can join realms and online servers etc fine on the Switch and the iPad. It's just the Xbox it's not working on.

Gotcha, thanks for grabbing that screenshot! This error can also pop up if you don't have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, which is required to play online (same as a Nintendo Switch Online subscription). Can you double check that you have Xbox Live Gold? ^IV
